Total attendees = 7. VTDL welcomed two new attendees today. Besides regulars vermont chick, Lyrajean, Melface, Nerdy Victorian, and me [Modern Wizard], Eris and A. showed up with many of Eris' in-progress projects [which explains the number of naked, hairless, paintless dolls]. Pictures follow.

| A close-up of the MGA Entertainment My Best Friend. These dolls came out in 2009, but proved to be a bust, despite their clear superiority over the Mattel American Girls in the form of sweeter headsculpts and better poseability. Eris scored this one for 50c at a charity sale and plans to fix her up nicely. |

| I envy the props Lyrajean finds, including this music box chair, which plays Für Elise when you wind up the seat. Its delicate frame is much more in scale than the usual chunky doll furniture one finds in this size. Volks Chiyo looks rather traumatized to be spun about in what we called the Haunted Chair. |
